It was a good laptop but was surprised that it didn't come with a webcam which is one of the reasons I bought it so that my children will be doing their online lessons.I really do not know what to do now because one of the reasons of buying is defeated.Is it possible for me to exchange it with a similar laptop that has a web cam so that they can be using it for their online lessons/classes?

Der Service ist hervorragend, Anfragen werden sofort und kompetent beantwortet. Die Ware ist gut. Die Versandkosten sind recht hoch, erklären sich aber durch den Versand aus Great Britain - dies weiß man aber vorher und muss einfach den Gesamtpreis vergleichen, der sehr günstig ist.
Einzig das Versandunternehmen ist etwas suspekt - die Pakete wurden 2 Wochen vor dem Zustelldatum als "zugestellt" markiert - doch dafür kann der Verkäufer nichts.
